1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
In keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such personal information without parental consent, we will delete that information from our records.
2. TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Website User Data: When you create a USER ACCOUNT or use the WEBSITE, you may voluntarily give us certain information about yourself. Typically, we collect two categories of information: (1) information that personally identifies you (for example, your name and e-mail address) that you voluntarily supply when you subscribe, register, complete a survey, or initiate some other transaction or communication. Such personal identifiable information may also include: (i) Contact Data (such as your name, mailing and e-mail addresses); and (ii) Demographic Data (such as your zip code, age and income).
If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, comment areas or forums, surveys or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as personal information as well, and (2) non-personally identifying information, which includes information about usage patterns and preferences as users navigate around our sites or use our information services. In some cases, an agent, affiliate, or business partner of Noalmark collects the information.
Third party providers featured on our sites, such as vendors of products and services offered through our sites, may be gathering the same kinds of information. If you’re using the WEBSITE or SERVICES on your mobile device, you may also choose to provide us with location data. If you use the WEBSITE or SERVICES to record a photograph or a video, you may also choose to provide us with access to your images or camera.
Website Access Information: Like most website operators, we only collect non-personally identifying login/Internet Protocol (IP) data such as: mobile device type, OS, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date/time of each request. Our purpose is to better understand how our visitors use the WEBSITE and SERVICES, and to build statistical user data to better serve our advertising clients. To learn more about the information your mobile device makes available to website servers, please review the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.
We may also use third-party advertising companies to display ads when you visit our website. The third-party advertising technology we employ uses information obtained from your visits to target advertising within our sites. In addition, our advertisers may use other third-party advertising technology to target advertising on our sites and on other sites. In the course of advertisements being served to you, a unique third-party cookie or cookies may be placed on your browser to help manage and optimize this advertising.
Our Use of Web Analytics: As advertisers, we use various analytic tools to measure, analyze and optimize our DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS to provide you with customized advertisements that should be of particular interest to you. In particular, we may use the following:

WE DO NOT SELL NAMES, EMAIL ADDRESSES, OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU ENTER ON OUR WEBSITE.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose non-personally identifiable aggregated information about our users without restriction. However, we may disclose your personally identifying information if you expressly consent to the disclosure.
Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we disclose the potentially personally identifying information you disclose to the WEBSITE only to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide the WEBSITE, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others.
Other than to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations or as described above, we disclose personally identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Noalmark third parties or the public at large. If you send us a request (for example via, chat, a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are permitted, and hereby agree, to only provide personal information to Noalmark if such personal information is accurate, reliable, and relevant to our relationship and only to the extent such disclosure will not violate any applicable data protection law, statute, or regulation.
You may have certain rights under applicable data protection law with respect to personal information about you that is collected through the WEBSITE or when you contact or otherwise engage with us. To exercise any of these data privacy rights, please contact us, or have your authorized agent contact us, in accordance with the “Contact Us” section listed below.
In the event you submit, or your authorized agent submits on your behalf, a data request, you (and your authorized agent) hereby acknowledge and agree, under penalty of perjury, that you are (or the authorized agent of) the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. We will respond to any data requests within the timeframes required by law, and we may charge a fee to facilitate your request where permitted by law.
Marketing: You have the right to opt-out of receiving electronic direct marketing communications from us. All electronic direct marketing communications that you may receive from us, such as e-mail messages, will give you an option of not receiving such communications from us in the future. You can utilize third-party tools available from the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. These opt-out tools are device and browser-specific, so you must repeat the opt-out process from each of your browsers and devices.
Do Not Track: Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the sites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
6. CHOICES ABOUT DATA DISCLOSURES
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Promotional Offers: If you do not wish to have your information used by Noalmark to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by choosing to unsubscribe from communication at the bottom of emails from the Company or by sending an email through the “Contact Us” link provided. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.
7. DATA RETENTION
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our IT services contractor monitors the integrity of our systems and uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Although our team does its best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our WEBSITE.
