OFFICIAL RULES FOR KPZA Mystery Bank Contest

▪All Contest Rules for KZOR/KIXN/KPZA will apply for this contest unless otherwise noted below.

▪A variety of prizes including cash, CD’s, food prizes, concert tickets will be given away during this promotion.

▪Contest dates will be September 18^th thru December 10^th, 2008

▪KPZA listeners will be instructed to go to participating business to register for their chance at opening the KPZA Banks. Each morning at a set time Tony will announce and play the days Mystery Song. Registrants must be listening for the Mystery Song, which will only be announced at set time and will not be repeated. Later in the day, a contestant will be drawn from registrants. Contestant will be called by KPZA on-air personality and given the opportunity to correctly identify the Mystery Song and Artist. If song is correctly identified, contestant will be given the chance to open one of three ‘banks’. Whatever prize is in bank is prize the will win. Each day, at least one bank will have cash.

▪If cash is not won on a given day, that amount will be rolled over to next days banks. This will continue until cash bank is given away.

▪Persons must be at least 15 years old on the date the contest starts in order to participate in the contest. Only drawn Contestant will be given the opportunity to identify Mystery Song for them.

▪Participation in this contest is limited to KPZA. You MAY NOT also play Whenever, Wherever on KIXN or KZOR.

▪Anyone who, as a participant in any contest or promotion sponsored by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation or any station that it owns, operates or has a relationship with in the State of New Mexico, or through its web sites hobbsamerica.com, 1radiosquare.com, kix103fm.com, kzorfm.com or kpzafm.com has won a prize having a value of $200 dollars or more as determined by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation within one year from the commencement of this contest, which is September 18, 2008, is ineligible to participate, or win a prize, in connection with this contest.

▪KPZA and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation reserve the right to change, add to or delete from any or all of these rules at any time during this promotion without notice.
