OFFICIAL RULES FOR #1 Radio Square Callaway Furniture Dining Room CONTEST
▪All Contest Rules for KZOR/KIXN/KPZA will apply for this contest unless otherwise noted below.
▪A new dining room suite from Callaway Furniture will be given away on December 23 during a live broadcast on KIXN.
▪Contest dates will be November 1, 2008 and December 23, 2008. Entry Deadline is December 20, 2008 by close of business.
▪KIXN, KPZA and KZOR listeners will be encouraged to take a picture of their current dining room furniture and take the picture to Callaway Furniture, 2401 N. Grimes in Hobbs. This is not an “ugliest dining room” contest. All dining room furniture is eligible, irregardless of state of repair.
▪All pictures received will become the property of Callaway Furniture and will not be returned. All pictures will be displayed in store at Callaway Furniture.
▪Winner of contest will be determined as follows. Finalists in several categories such as cutest dining room furniture, ugliest dining room furniture, etc., will be chosen by the staff of Callaway Furniture. Winning furniture will be determined by in-store vote on December 23.
▪Persons must be at least 15 years old on the date the contest starts in order to participate in the contest.
▪Anyone who, as a participant in any contest or promotion sponsored by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation or any station that it owns, operates or has a relationship with in the State of New Mexico, or through its web site hobbsamerica.com, has won a prize having a value of $200 dollars or more as determined by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation within one year from the commencement of this contest, which is April 3, 2008, is ineligible to participate, or win a prize, in connection with this contest.
▪KIXN, KPZA, KZOR and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation reserve the right to change, add to or delete from any or all of these rules at any time during this promotion.
