CONTEST RULES FOR “TRUCK BUCKS” FROM KIX-103 AND PERMIAN TOYOTA
- All general rules and regulations listed below apply to this contest unless otherwise noted.
- You must be at least eighteen years or older to participate.
- KIX-103 in Hobbs will broadcast live from Lea County high school football games this fall. The dates are as follows:
- September 19: Jal, NM
- September 24: Hobbs, NM
- October 1: Tantum, NM
- October 8: Eunice, NM
- October 22: Lovington, NM
- KIX-103 will bring a designated new Toyota Tundra from Permian Toyota to each football game. We will broadcast live from the Tundra for two hours prior to each game. During this two hour period, KIX-103 will give its listeners age eighteen and over an opportunity to register for a chance to participate in the contest, to be held during halftime festivities. Registration is free.
- During half-time, KIX-103 will drive the Tundra out on the football field or other area in clear view of the audience, draw a contest participant from all the entries received during the two hours immediately preceding the game in progress, and announce the name over the field PA system. The person whose name is drawn will have one minute to come to the field for a chance to play the contest. Otherwise successive names will be drawn until a valid contest participant can be located. A picture identification card and signed release will be required to participate.
- The contest will consist of attempting to kick a regulation football from 30 yards in front of the Tundra and successfully landing the football in the bed of the Tundra. The football must remain in the bed of the Tundra with no human aid. If it does, the participant will win the vehicle. A regulation tee will be used to set up the football for the kick. No holders, punts, or drop kicks allowed. No practice kicks allowed.
- Contest participants agree to hold harmless Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, the Jal, Eunice, Hobbs, Lovington, and Tatum Public School Systems, Permian Toyota, and Toyota Motor Sales USA due to any physical injury that might occur as a result of participating in this contest.
- Employees and families of Permian Auto Group including but not limited to Permian Toyota, Permian Ford, Permian Honda, and Choice Auto Sales or of any other automotive dealer or their advertising agencies are not eligible to win.
- If a participant wins, said winner and all members of said winner’s immediate household are automatically disqualified from participating in any other “Truck Bucks” contests that may remain on the schedule.
- If a participant wins the vehicle before October 22, the prize at any remaining events scheduled will change to $500 cash with the same requirements to win.
- The determination of a winner will remain in the sole discretion of a Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation official present at the contest. If there is any disagreement as to whether the football landed in the bed of the Tundra, stayed in the bed of the Tundra, stayed in the bed of the Tundra long enough, etc. only a Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation official can make the final decision, NOT the contestant, school official, or anyone else.
- Prize is insured and will ultimately be awarded by Odds On Promotions of Reno, Nevada.
- All taxes, title, license, transportation, documentation, and other fees associated with the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Any income taxes incurred as a result of winning the vehicle will also be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Any cash prizes will be awarded by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation.

General Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations shall apply to all contests on all radio stations owned or operated by, or any radio stations with which Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation has a relationship with, as well as Noalmark’s web site hobbsamerica.com, unless changed by the rules applicable to any specific contest.
- Unless otherwise noted, to be eligible to win a prize or contest sponsored by, over or through hobbsamerica.com, or by any of Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation's radio stations located in Hobbs, New Mexico, the principal residence of the winner must be located within a fifty mile radius of the Hobbs City Hall, 300 N. Turner, Hobbs, NM.
- Unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules, you must be eighteen years or older to participate.
- One winner per household per contest, unless otherwise noted.
- Winners must wait 30 days to be eligible to win another contest.
- Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions may be given.
- Employees and families of Community Web Guides, LC, Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation or their affiliates, or of any other electronic or print media, or of advertising agencies are not eligible to win.
- Contest winners and participants agree that hobbsamerica.com and/or Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation may use their names, likenesses and voices in advertisements or promotions without compensation.
- Calls to Radio Stations of Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation in connection with contests and promotions may be aired live or on a delayed basis at any time. Placing such calls constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in any contest.
- Prizes unclaimed after 15 days become the property of hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation. Unclaimed prizes may be disposed of or reused in the sole discretion of hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation. Prizes may only be claimed during business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No exceptions.
- Rules subject to change without notice.
- In the event of a dispute as to the winner of a prize or contest, the decision and interpretation of hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation shall be final and binding on all participants. In the event that a prize is unavailable at the time it is won, hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation will in its sole and absolute discretion substitute a prize that it considers to be of comparable value. In the event of a dispute or disagreement as to the interpretation of any contest rules, the decision of hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation shall be final and binding on all participants.
- By entering contests on or through hobbsamerica.com and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, each participant agrees to be bound by, and to abide by, the terms and conditions of such contests as set forth above.
