KIXN Hi-Low Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES FOR KIXN HI-LO CONTEST

▪All Contest Rules for KZOR/KIXN/KPZA will apply for this contest unless otherwise noted below.

▪Between $1,000 and $2000 will be given away in the contest.

▪Contest dates will be April 3^rd thru June 25^th, 2008

▪KIXN listeners will be told when to call in and guess the amount of the jackpot. If the guess is incorrect the listener will be told it is “too high or too low.” Listeners will then be given sponsor locations where they can get the previous guesses. 

 ▪Once a jackpot has been won, the contest will start over until the contest budget is depleted. One cash winner per household from April 3^rd through June 25^th, 2008. Listeners are allowed one guess per day.

▪From time to time a participating sponsor may elect to host a live remote broadcast during which hi-low will be played repeatedly. During such live remote broadcasts listeners will be instructed to come to the sponsor’s business to play hi-lo. This will be the only way to play hi-lo during the remote time. 

▪Persons must be at least 15 years old on the date the contest starts in order to participate in the contest.

▪Participation in this contest is limited to KIXN. You MAY NOT also play Take It Or Leave It on KZOR or Hi-Low on KPZA.

▪Anyone who, as a participant in any contest or promotion sponsored by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation or any station that it owns, operates or has a relationship with in the State of New Mexico, or through its web site hobbsamerica.com, has won a prize having a value of $200 dollars or more as determined by Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation within one year from the commencement of this contest, which is April 3, 2008, is ineligible to participate, or win a prize, in connection with this contest.

▪KIXN and Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation reserve the right to change, add to or delete from any or all of these rules at any time during this promotion.
